SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders totaling over $100.00 will qualify for free USPS ground shipping in the USA. International orders please email order to customerservice@skintherap.com and request shipping pricing.
RETURN POLICY
We have a risk free refund policy as follows: If you are not pleased for any reason and would like a refund less shipping, the product must be returned to us within 30 days from the day you receive the product. To qualify you must obtain an RMA.
RETURN PROCEDURE

- All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA
- Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Maximum Refund/Exchange PER Customer is $150
All original packaging must be included to obtain a Refund/Exchange. If original packaging is not included with return, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
EXCEPTIONS
1. No refunds for multiple quantities of the same item
2. No refunds for repeat orders for the same item. Customers are allowed ONE exchange only. Maximum exchange amount is $150.00. No more refunds, credits, or exchanges will be allowed after the first exchange/credit. Refunds are only issued via the same form as original payment. Note: All orders over $500.00 will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. There are NO exceptions to this.
STATE/LOCAL TAXES : Additional sales tax will be calculated into the total cost for shipments to New York only.
